Singapore Crime Rates: I Wonder Why?

Singapore’s overall crime rate in 2012 fell by 2 per cent as compared to that in 2011, as announced by the Singapore Police Force (SPF) in their annual crime report released on 6 February 2013. (Sorry to be so late with these most interesting stats.)
Tough punishments work. Ergo, this means that those who do not agree with tough punishments must be supportive of crime - irrespective of what utterances they make to the contrary.
Over 60 years of intolerance to crime reduction means that we have far more crime than we should. The message is that CRIME IS ACCEPTABLE!
