'Reform The EU' - Just HOW Precisely?

'Reform isn’t helped when UKIP just opposes every measure in the European Parliament.'
We’ve been trying for 40 years to reform the European Union.  In live televised debate with Nigel Farage, Nick Clegg admitted that the EU needs reform – but later said that he expects the EU to look much as it does now in a decade’s time.

Reform requires Treaty change, and unanimous consent of all 27 other members of the European Union.  Reform simply isn’t going to happen, that’s why they’re able to dangle it as a carrot at every European election.
PS. Do not forget the wicked acquis commaunitaire, too.
