Boycott Côte.

The restaurant chain Côte pockets the entire service charge that customers pay, instead of giving it to staff as tips. The 12.5% charge is automatically added to bills, but this goes straight to the company. Staff are told to say the charge goes to workers when asked by customers. Telegraph.
