hardly for self defence.
Why did he permit his closest ally to invade Serbia?
Why did he invade Belgium when knowing full well that this would
bring the UK into the war?
Why had The Schlieffen Plan - a blueprint for imperialistic
aggression - existed more than a decade before hostilities broke
out.
Many nations must share some blame BUT Germany was at least 90%
responsible for the carnage.
