The naive think that this means that UKIP supports higher mobile phone charges in the EU. Arrant nonsense. The consumer will continue to pay - charges are just going to be spread in a different way. More importantly, this has all been designed with the intention of giving the EU more power and MUST, therefore, be vigorously opposed!
