European Council president Donald Tusk is holding a series of last-ditch
meetings this week as he attempts to win agreement on David Cameron’s draft
renegotiation of Britain’s EU membership from other national
leaders.
After jetting to both Paris and Bucharest today - as well as holding a
phone call with the Prime Minister this morning - Mr Tusk admitted the EU was
facing a “critical moment” in its future, as he warned of the consequences of
