Ethnic White Children Fall Behind.

So what? Our society gives opportunities in education - admittedly nowhere near as much as under the grammar school system - but some remain. Let the pupils and families who value education the most be the successful. I fully support a meritocracy and do not mind one jot which are the youngsters who, like cream, rise to the top.
