Blood Pressure.

It will soon be a year since I wrote about controlling my own blood pressure and I had started drinking Chai teas made of vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger. I also drank hibiscus tea - often with hawthorn or pomegranate in the mix.

Great news. It worked for me. My blood pressure levels were so good that I thought the monitor must be faulty and bought another to check.
Okay, that did register slightly higher - but well within a range that will please my doctors.
