'Dire Predictions Have Failed To Materialise.'

Theresa Villiers, the former Norther Ireland secretary, has said the so-called Brexit bounce Britain has experienced since June 23 is evidence the Remain campaign’s fear-mongering was misguided.
During the run-up to the vote, David Cameron repeatedly issued warnings of economic woe and the risk of a recession should Britain quit the EU.
Speaking on Sky News’ Murnaghan programme, Ms Villiers said: “We’ve had some really positive economic news in recent days in terms of consumer spending and manufacturing confidence.
“It [leaving the EU] is a very big decision and there is a degree of uncertainty until we decide the terms of our exit.
