Racist and Stomach-Churning!

Law students have been expelled from Exeter University over claims they made racist comments in a WhatsApp group.  Messages sent by members the Bracton law society allegedly made positive references to slavery, gang rape and used extreme racist language.  It is also claimed that were also calls for the law society to become a whites-only institution. The university investigated the messages and said punishments included 'expulsions, suspensions and other significant sanctions'. A university spokesman did not reveal how many students have been expelled or suspended following the incidents in March. The decisions are subject to appeal. Mail.
