The Prime Minister of New Zealand has apparently contacted the organising body of world rugby to ask for a "peoples game" as the semi final was only "advisory" and England "did not know what they were playing for", therefore after a "meaningful vote" in the New Zealand parliament it has been decided that a "confirmatory" game is the only democratic way of breaking the deadlock.
