RIP, Requiescat In Pace, Rest In Peace.

I fall into the trap too. All too often, I add RIP after hearing about a death. Just to be polite, I suppose.
BUT, if that person did not die in Jesus - there ain't gonna be no peace!
If they did die in the Lord - they will certainly be able to 'rest peacefully in the everlasting arms.'
