Just Spotted This. Oh Dear, Oh Dear.

Alex Salmond’s QC has referred himself to a legal watchdog and apologised for causing “distress” after being recorded on a train calling the former Scottish first minister a “nasty person to work for”.
Jackson Gordon, QC, was filmed by a fellow passenger saying Mr Salmond was “an objectionable bully” to his staff.
The top lawyer, who is the Dean of Faculty of Advocates in Scotland, even risked being in contempt of court by naming two of the female complainers despite strict laws protecting their identity.
In the video, Mr Jackson can be heard discussing how he would try and discredit the women in front of the jury, telling his companion: “All I need to do is put a smell on her.” DT.
