Boris.

 I was recently asked to vote in an online poll as to whether Boris is the best or worst PM in recent years - you could also refine this vote to somewhere in between.

First time I've really thought about it in those terms.

We haven't had anything approaching a semi-decent PM in three decades. He may not be up to much but he beats every other PM over that period - and by quite some margin.

Provided that Brexit is not a sellout - (I'll allow him only the most minor of concessions to Brussels) - I shall hold to that judgement.
