What Does 'Dialectical' Mean?

 What is a dialectical thinking?

Dialectical thinking refers to the ability to view issues from multiple perspectives and to arrive at the most economical and reasonable reconciliation of seemingly contradictory information and postures.

Blogger: by this decent definition, it is rather difficult to see how an impracticable philosophy such as communism could possibly have emerged from Karl Marx's imaginative juxtaposition of words with his ear-catching, dialectical materialism.
As a philosophy based on pure hatred which has singularly failed ordinary people over more than a century and a half: universally, catastrophically, inexorably and dangerously - we can only infer that it is the 'materialism' itself where the blame must be placed for some 200 million deaths and untold misery across both peoples and generations.
