We have terrible inflation in the UK ergo, Brexit is to blame.
Some days ago, I returned home after nine sun-filled days in Spain.
We had rented a house through a German gentleman.
Buying food in the supermarkets, we were shocked at the price rises which simply horrified us when compared to what they were on our last visit in September 2022. It was good to get home to prices of fruit and veg and general foodstuffs which were merely extortionate.
Imagine our shock when our German connection carefully explained "In Germany it is much worse."
Brexit, huh?
