From Blame To Praise.

 

Baher blamed God – now he's praising Him Baher* from Egypt was in despair – and he blamed God. He and his brother had to work in unsafe conditions on a quarry because, as Christians, better and safer jobs were unavailable. It led to two tragedies: Baher lost an arm and his brother was killed. “Does God exist?” asked Baher. “Where is God in my life? If God is in control, and works everything for the good, why has He forsaken me?” Blame later turned to praise as Open Doors local partners listened to Baher, comforted him, and gave him a microloan to start a sheep-breeding business. “I am blessed with the microproject the ministry provided me,” says Baher. “My whole family shifted our focus from blaming God to praising Him and now we go to church on a regular basis. I have seen God’s practical love through your love, care and presence.”
