An afterthought.

In view of Germany's 4 - 0 destruction of Argentina; that England were otherwise undefeated; that one 'keeping error put us into the path of the teutonic juggernaut; that the disallowed goal changed the course of our match with Germany .... maybe - just maybe - we weren't quite as bad as some think.

Capello to keep his job? - Possibly not the worst decision in the world.
