The Family Justice Review (and how misnamed that has proved) which was promised to bring some fairness to divorced fathers, and indeed grandparents, has let us all down completely in the massive overhaul of family law.
This legislation may well have been 'scuppered' in part by the Lib Dems who hate the family with a venom but what exactly have the tories achieved here? We may just as well have had Labour in power!
