Carlos The Jackal is to be found this week in a French Appeals Court after serving a mere 14 years in prison.
He is apparently also concerned that his 'yuman rights' have been abused in him not being permitted to consummate his prison marriage to the woman lawyer who is now pleading his case.
Funnily enough, this arrogant worm of a man is not displaying any concerns for the rights of his victims who may number around two thousand dead!
He murdered joyfully by bomb and bullet and is as arrogant today as when first jailed.
How bitterly we should regret the fact that the French no longer use the guillotine.
