Nature Or Nurture?

We are often witnesses to those trying to make excuses for bad behaviour.
On the one hand we have the apologists for the 'genetic imperative' within every human - usually defined as 'nature'. On the other we have those who insist that  our 'environment' has been the real issue.
Both are wrong.
If we mix the two together - instead of taking a hardline stance - we get somewhat closer to the truth.
But NEVER forget that in our nation today 99.9% of the population know the difference between 'right and wrong' with the 0.1% at least knowing what is expected of them. (Figures are subject to minor fluctuations.)
The portion omitted from the equation, which is the vital missing factor, is freewill!
With the liberal left, this omission is probably a conscious decision.
