The vast majority of Britons believe their energy company does not care about them, according to a new survey.

Almost nine out of 10 (88 per cent) of Britons think their provider does not care about their needs or worries and six out of 10 (59 per cent) also say they are worried about their winter heating bill in the poll conducted for Energyhelpline.com
