Wind Turbines.


Our local trio of wind turbines several months ago gave birth to a giant fourth.
Naturally, it  was turned off during recent windy weather.
It has been working latterly though and we had a brief period when all three originals had their sails missing.
We have now reverted to there being just the customary two poles which have been standing longterm - forlorn and sail-less.
There have been odd times when two of the four have been working at the same time - but not that many.
The windmill lobby still has a long way to go to convince me.
(Do remember that every unit of electricity costs the national grid approximately four times as much as what is the current price.)
