118118 Scandal.

I AM absolutely disgusted at a charge for dialling the directory enquiries 118 118 number. I have eight calls to them in the last quarter and the total is over £40!

I am sure people do not realise this cost – the older people looking for doctors or dental surgeries etc will not be aware that the call will cost over £4 per call. Many people can find numbers on the internet but does every pensioner have a computer?
Also - needs to be avoided on the grounds that it meets all this Blog's criteria as an irritating advert. Indeed every one in the series!
