Let's hear it for nepotism! I've had quite a bellyful of the last two Blairs without the next generation kicking in.
I expect that if he wants to enter parliament, being 'drunk and incapable' in Leicester Square is as good a qualification as any.
Mind you - if he has 'matured' in the intervening years it perhaps becomes an even more frightening prospect!
