The Telegraph reports that the EU Clinical Trials Directive is stifling research into cancer treatments. Kathy Pritchard-Jones, professor of paediatric oncology at the Institute of Child Health University College London, is quoted as saying “It’s all incredibly bureaucratic. The whole process needs to be much simpler and less expensive.”Telegraph
