Free To Rape.
This government and at least the last ten administrations have all been seriously 'soft on crime'. The evidence we are seeing from what Justice minister Ken Clarke has been up to suggests that it actually gets worse as each new government clocks in.
What else are we to make of the recently released stats which show that:
More than 400 sex offenders who have been freed in the past three years have gone on to commit rape/further rapes?
