Great News For Sheffield?

A £2 billion initiative reported in the Sheffield Star states that a government-funded plan will transform all roads and footpaths in the UK's pothole capital of the world.
So why am I not excited?
We heard the same old story two years ago and nowt 'as 'appened since!
