The EU's Lapdog.

Open Europe’s blog post showing that, between 2007 and 2011, the UK was condemned by the ECJ for breaches of EU law less times than other member states traditionally considered as more ‘pro-European’ – including France, Germany and Italy – is quoted by EurActiv.
(I think it actually meant 'fewer times'.)
