The Daily Telegraph presents Owen Paterson MP and Minister as being a 'a trenchant eurosceptic'.
Strangely, I have googled til my fingers were sore but see no evidence that he is a member of the parliamentary Better Off Out campaign group.
I do hope that The Telegraph is not going back to its 'lets all pretend that there are bucketloads of tory MPs wanting out of the EU' theme.
There aren't!
