CBI Boss Is Wrong.

CBI director-general John Cridland has stated that 'the EU has structural flaws that it has  ignored for decades', but added that 'the UK’s membership within the Single Market is vital to its trade with countries around the world.'
Simply not so. The first part of the statement is true enough - even though it rather plays down the significance of the damage done by EU structures.
Where he is less than 'up front' is in the pretence that the UK would not have access to ALL of the same markets with which it trades at the moment. Why has he not named specifically any market which would be lost to us? - QUITE!
The CBI represents 'Big' businesses. The response from groups representing medium to smaller businesses tends not to be infected with quite as much europhilia.
