1,340 stabbings over a five and a half year period in South Yorkshire reported by the Sheffield Star.
AND YET we are constantly told that 'fear of crime is just a perception - and crime rates are actually falling!'
Well, I'll tell you one thing, reported crimes have dropped because so many now consider telling the police a complete waste of their time unless an insurance reference number is needed.
Furthermore - a police 'telling off' has now replaced what used to be definite arrests.
Criminals are not even receiving police cautions!
