£11billion Annually In Foreign Aid.

I can live with that amount. As a relatively wealthy nation we do have certain moral obligations.
BUT. I do object to any monies being given to nations with either nuclear and/or space programmes!
I do object to monies given to nations which despise both us and democracy - you can never control where money goes in such places.
Beyond this, every penny must be accounted for and must not be lining the pockets of dictators in Swiss bank vaults.
Considerable savings can be made quite legitimately from this huge outgoing expenditure without damaging a single victim in The Third World.
I am more than prepared to listen to arguments that these funds should be redirected to help the world's poor.
