A modern mass murderer, Saddam was dictator of Iraq from 1979 to
2003. During that time, about 2 million people died as a result of his campaign
of terror against the Kurds. During his time in power he executed over
400,000 Iraqis, also having them filmed so he could watch them at his
house.
