Insane! - So My Dad, An Exceptional Police Officer, Would Never Have Been Employed?

The announcement last week by the College of Policing that by 2020 all police recruits will need to have a degree in order to be recruited to the service is a step too far for a service that is already in an enormous slump in terms of morale and funding.
