What Has He Done To Deserve This?

Jonathan Arnott MEP has been cast back into his former party role by Ukip leader, Paul Nuttall. 
His six years as General Secretary of the party, until elected to the European Parliament, coincided with the best period in Ukip's history and the momentous victory in the EU elections of 2014.

When Chairman of the party, it was Paul who first put Jonathan into the hotseat - and now that others have wrecked the internal workings of the party, once again, Jonathan has been thrust into the breech with a brief to rebuild and undo the ugly mess within.
You have to feel sorry for him - but really, what alternative did Paul have?
