A greatly weakened England team played like a greatly weakened team would, at Newlands, in the first ODI.
Their feeble batting was the main problem. Posting a target of just 258 was asking for trouble on a pitch where losing wickets was quite difficult to achieve.
The South Africans did what England could not do and scored intelligently and steadily.
A cruise to a seven wicket win with 2.2 overs to spare.
In the first game since winning the ODI World Cup last summer - this was poor!
Self explanatory title. I abhor that nicey nicey, politically correct, pseudo-Christianity which almost always supports leftwing attitudes - which in most cases are profoundly anti-Gospel. This Blog supports persecuted Christians. This Blog exposes cults. This Blog opposes junk science. UPDATED DAILY. This is not a forum. This Blog supports truly Christian websites and aids their efforts. It is hardhitting and unashamedly evangelical so if it offends - please do not come to this site!
Success For This Blog.
