Today, so many uneducated in Scripture just don't get it. The worship of alien Gods is a mega sin against God the Father. If God tells us what is right and wrong then we ignore it - our fate is sealed.
Many sins are left to be dealt with until after our deaths but God will happily take strong measures against those who pursue false deities in our lifetimes.
This matters to God and He is entitled to be heard by His creation.
God will often punish in dramatic ways those who are supposed to be His followers who have abandoned Him to worship stone carvings or demonic entities OR equivalents.
In our soppy, handwringing, liberal society - so many see this as disproportionate. It is not. If you invite war by 'dissing' God - do not be shocked when you encounter His wrath!
Yes. God really does love everyone. Yes. God wants all to be saved. But if you: fight Him; belittle Him; challenge Him; badmouth Him; mock His commands; vilify Him - you have opted to accept a terrible fate.
This is true justice! However, God's plan is that the weight of all your sins was heaped onto the back of 'God the Son' at Calvary.
Thank Him. Embrace Him. Repent your sins - and they will be cleared away in that very blood He shed. That's the price He took onto Himself. He paid YOUR price.
I repeat - God wants all to be saved BUT His justice WILL prevail.
If you never knew these things before - you do now. Act upon the proffered salvation whilst you still can!
(I'm wondering what is to be the fate of leaders of churches who: guide their parishioners astray; reject Bible teaching and proffer human solutions to matters on which God has already pronounced. Making me a trillionaire on this earth would never persuade me to sacrifice my salvation as I know what terrible fate awaits them throughout eternity. Sigh.)
