I have followed, verbatim, the handling of this case wearing my JP (Ret.) hat.
A number of things are already starting to cause me substantial concerns after days of witnesses being cross examined.
I shall make no comments until this tribunal reaches its final conclusions.
I have determined that these cases are being decided on 'the balance of probabilities' not 'beyond reasonable doubt'. It could make a big difference.
