Dribbling on about awareness equates to TOTAL WEAKNESS! As a former member of the nation's legal system - I have a straightforward solution:-
Arson carries a life sentence. This should automatically become the sentence in such heinous crimes. Furthermore, a minimum sentence of no fewer than 15 - 20 years imprisonment should be imposed.
