We are all such ratbags that it is often quite difficult to see why God bothers with us at all. Many thanks to Jesus for The Parable of The Prodigal Son - that wayward and profligate individual who represents all of mankind. If his father could forgive him - then no surprise that our heavenly Father is even more gracious to us. Thank you for your unmerited favour, Lord!
