Oooh. What A Shock!
Open Europe’s Christopher Howarth was quoted in the Sunday Times commenting on Catherine Ashton’s recent visit to the three-day Commonwealth heads of government meeting in Australia by saying that: “Baroness Ashton has not set the world on fire to date.”
