Al Qaeda.

My very good friend Ainhoa Fernández de Rincón has spent many a cheery Sunday lunchtime in my home and was a particular favourite of my late Mum.
I praise God that she has now been released following her terrible ordeal after being kidnapped by an offshoot of Al Qaeda in Mali last October.
She and two other captives were freed yesterday after an intervention by the Spanish government.
Naturally, I have already Emailed her my congratulations.
Ainhoa has dedicated her entire adult life trying to help the less fortunate.
Thanks, Lord for her release!

Gotta Admit That The Flock Do Not Look All That Rampant To Me! - (Just a tad sheepish because of all the embarrassment.)

Town calls in shepherd to tackle rampant sheep . Flocks freed by quad bikers tearing down fences cause havoc on roads and in gardens.
