Mole-In-The-Know has discovered that a crime was committed in Sheffield three nights ago which involved vandalism to a street sign.
A responsible householder had not only reported the crime to Street Force but had explained to TWO different officials that evidence was available to track down the perpetrators.
Apparently, experience told the officials that although they would be reporting it to the police - EXPERIENCE TOLD THEM THAT THE MATTER WOULD NOT BE INVESTIGATED!
