The short answer is 'of course we must!'
We are in our current mess, not only because of huge governmental spending under Brown as both Chancellor & PM but also as a result of horrendous misdirections of funding.
Even so - I do actually wonder if Labour might have actually learned that lesson.
But - when did a leopard ever change its own spots?
