Madness! Utter Barking Lunacy!

The plan to raise the age of criminal responsibility in England and Wales – which is the lowest in Europe – will be debated by the Magistrates' Association at its annual gathering on Friday.
If voted through, leaders would write to Justice Secretary Chris Grayling to suggest he considers changing the law. (Mail)
Does the penny NEVER drop? EVERY single liberalising of laws in the UK has left ever more crime in its wake!
Spain is currently, having major difficulties with this as bands of criminal children run amok.
