Pretending at Funerals.

I have been to too many atheist funerals in the last year or two - yet they all seem to have an inbuilt fantasy in common; a quasi mystical element which is pure balderdash.
Reading a novel, I have just encountered one such:
"Those we love don't go away. They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near ... "
One example amongst many.
Purest pap.
Death for atheists and those not in Christ is a horror - the tragedy to end all tragedies leading to a Godless eternity. Either stop the pretence or give God the glory but let us leave childish pretend games alone.

Well Said, Stephen.

STEPHEN GLOVER: Only Rupert Lowe can save us from a monstrous coup. The trouble is he's self serving, arrogant and a political extremist...
