The Seven Deadly Sins.

Lust is far more difficult to avoid than most people think. To look longingly at a person of the opposite sex equates to adultery; 
a major confrontation with one of the commandments.
In other words, even 'thinking the thought' becomes a mega spiritual issue. Jesus made this abundantly clear.
I do wish some Christians would stop the pretence that 'Christianity is easy.'
