When the storm broke on the Sea of Galilee, Jesus was asleep in the boat and awakened by the worried disciples.
They were soon terrified on three levels:
1] The storm was so dangerous it could have killed them all.
2] They were scared by Jesus who was angered by their lack of faith BUT
3] The biggie came when they saw Jesus calm the storm. This was the scariest of the three - as being good Jews - they were fully aware that ONLY God controlled the weather and they asked the giant question: " Who is this who ....?We should not always say 'The Son of God' - many times it is more appropriate to refer to Jesus as 'God the Son.'
