Vivisection.

Just how necessary is it? It may be essential - I do not know - but perhaps the time has come to insist that there is an immediate 90% cut in animal experiments.
A great deal of the blame for the unnecessary testing of products and chemicals on animals - indeed, most of which have already been tested before - may be laid squarely at the door of the EU whose directives are directly responsible. 86/609 has much to answer for!
